I booked my stay here for a mental break. We had stayed previously when our car broke down and we just lived the peacefulness of the area, the staff are AMAZING, beds are so comfy. I would recommend to everyone.
I stayed here for one night while traveling through northern Michigan for work. The almost empty parking lot and location next to a bowling alley had me slightly nervous, but other than the room needing new paint it wasn't a bad hotel. It was clean and quiet and the room didn't smell like weed, which is all a girl can ask for in a hotel these days!
Very nice stay, very accommodating staff. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Very affordable as well Will definitely be returning when I come back into town Special thank you, Ebony at the front desk for making sure we had all of our needs met
We stayed a few days in iron mountain to see family and the Comfor Inn was great! Lisa at the front desk answered all of our questions, let us check in early because we were there in Jan. On one of the coldest days of the year. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
We stayed in a king bed room. Couch, safe, microwave, fridge, iron & ironing board, and wifi. The room was clean, smelled good (they had just painted the hallways, but the room didn't smell like paint), and was fairly spacious. The exhaust fan/light combo in the bathroom was a trip. The light flickers and strobes as it comes on and the fan is loud and clicks, which we could overlook. The bed was basically a brick, though, and that was the only real downside. The service was great. Very nice, helpful people. The continental breakfast was what you would expect. I have absolutely had worse at other places and have no complaints about it. I'm not really familiar with the area, but the location seemes dine. Close enough to different places to eat, things to see, etc. It was quiet. Right off the side of a major road, so it was easy to get to.
Ac units are older. Beds was soft! Breakfast ended at 9. Room was not bad but moist by the sink. Sink is outside of the bathroom. Window curtains on first floor were see through and could not pull the darker curtains closed.
